Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring associate in and out procedures, promoting the desired work culture around core values & brand standards. They will ensure room & food and beverage linen flow is as per requirement & maintain par levels for all linen as per the requirement & need.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the effectiveness of operation and maintenance of standards in Uniform, Linen, and Laundry Production (Outsource Laundry)Supervision all workers, maintaining a good workflow and appearance and good manners of workers, securing their cooperationRotates employees to different jobs whenever he considers it appropriate to participate in all Laundry Production meetings, presenting for open discussion and solution any operating problems of his Department which may involve or concern other operations of the hotel prepares all necessary operating reports for submission to Assistant Laundry Manager.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years experience in Laundry operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
